My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms are cozy, with big open fireplaces and a great view of the lower garden. The staff is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond to accommodate any request. The location within a vineyard in the beautiful nature of Douro Valley is just stunning. The dining experience with complimentary excellent wines from the quinta was a highlight. However, the service could be more polished, but overall, it was a fantastic stay!
